Upcoming Beginners’ Courses
Professionally constructed 8-week introduction to the main postures (asanas). Recommended for students who have little or no Yoga experience.

New classes & Timetable changes
Level 1 with Sam at 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Commencing 30th May, Level 2 with Stephanie at 5.30 - 6.40pm
From 23rd May, there will be a change to the Level 1 morning class - it will be at 9.30am instead of 10.45am.
There will be a new Teacher Training program commencing in late 2019. The program runs for two years and prospective students must have at least three years of suitable yoga experience.
